"Don't transform to die,transform fear to die",this is an unavoidable situation of Chinese traditional garment enterprises at once.As the first industry to be integrated by the Internet economy,the garment industry has become a quagmire for traditional enterprises on the shore.Some companies are stuck in it,but whether they can emerge from the army of e-commerce remains to be tested.In the transformation boom,due to the lack of theoretical guidance and the accumulation of realistic cases in the traditional clothing enterprises,the enterprise transformation is very passive.Facing the urgent need of enterprise transformation,the research on the transformation of micro and micro level is very important.Based on the transformation cases of garment enterprises,the paper studies the "how to turn" this important issue through the financial performance analysis before and after the transformation.In the current research,more is based on the industry perspective to explore the macro level of the Internet,less research on its application at the micro level,and the lack of theoretical guidance in the process of enterprise transformation.The transformation is a form of organizational change,and most of garment enterprises of our country have retail business.Therefore,in this paper,a case study on the transformation of traditional garment enterprises based on the theory of organizational change,the theory of retail rotation and the long tail theory is carried out in this paper.As the research object of this paper,through the analysis of the transformation strategy of Metersbonwe,it is found that the change of the external environment is the main motive for the transformation of Metersbonwe,the fashion consumption pattern and the original market pattern changed by the Internet,which indirectly deepen the needs of the internal transformation of the enterprise.At the same time,reviews transformation process of Metersbonwe and finds Metersbonwe is in a transition dilemma.Based on this,this paper analyze the financial performance before and after the transformation of Metersbonwe,to discover the cause of financial woes in transition is the enterprise excessive shift did not pay attention to the cost of capital and the transformation of the recycling efficiency of funds,under the condition of the enterprise itself entity sales hit,neither the effective use of funds,also failed to add capital,straining the enterprise capital chain operation,thus affect the operation of the enterprise.It is concluded that the Internet transformation of Metersbonwe apparel is a failure,which has caused a lot of negative effects on corporate financial,resulting in problems such as capital loss and capital chain tension of Metersbonwe.And put forward some suggestions for traditional enterprises which have not yet been transformed or are in transition: To establish the Internet business thinking;Using big data management to achieve precision marketing;Strengthening the application of Internet technology;Preventing financial risks in transition,etc.This paper enriches the micro level "Internet +" research,expand the research of enterprise strategic transformation,provides the reasonable suggestion and the reference for the transformation of the enterprise,guiding the traditional clothing enterprises to cope with the challenges of the internet.Therefore,this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
