In recent years,China's economic growth continues to slow down,domestic economic development has entered a new economic inflection point from the past high-speed development period.At the same time,China's banking industry in the increasingly fierce competition is also gradually from the traditional single business model,to a more diversified service model.At present,China's per capita disposable income increase,stimulating domestic demand has become our country under the new economic environment continues to important driving force to promote the development of domestic economy,and in the domestic investment environment of relatively closed and backward economy,will lead to domestic residents represented by financial institutions are inseparable with the bank,plus inherent national saving consciousness,the banking competition hots up.More and more domestic residents are no longer satisfied with the traditional banking services,which will usher in a new round of banking transformation and upgrading.This article mainly takes agricultural bank of China branch A as an example to study the significance of strategic transformation of commercial Banks in the increasingly competitive financial situation.At the same time,it puts forward reasonable Suggestions to increase profits in view of the existing problems in the transformation and future profit direction.As for agricultural bank of China branch A,this paper first describes the current situation and problems of branches,and then makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the development trend of branch A after the transformation of branches according to the profit model and management model of commercial Banks.Finally based on network rationalization decision-making Suggestions after transformation: the suggestion outlets as far as possible to improve the network business environment,increase the risk of resist ability,improve and optimize the internal services and external marketing channel,and develop some of its resistance to inflation of financial products,improve service efficiency,strengthen the small micro enterprise service,open up new profit situation,widen the channel of the profit.The main content of this paper and points of view can be described as follows: the first part is introduction,mainly includes the research background,research purpose and significance,research status,research ideas and research methods at home and abroad,and then in the second part of the article and the third part focuses on the transition theory foundation of commercial Banks and the transformation of ABC A branch current situation and existing problems,and the fourth part is to study the way of profit after transformation of ABC A branch,finally puts forward A branch after the transformation strategy of earnings upgrades as well as the conclusion.
