The advent of economic globalization has made domestic enterprises face more intense market competition environment.In order to maintain their own core competitiveness and sustain growth,enterprises must have executive power.The front-line staff is one of the main bodies of the implementation of the enterprise strategy.Only the front-line staff with executive ability can ensure the execution of the enterprise.In enterprises,the work behavior of employees is influenced by leadership style,besides transformational leadership style is widely used in domestic enterprises,so it is necessary to explore the relationship between the transformational leadership and execution ability of staff.Firstly,this paper puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research on front-line employees' executive ability in the light of the market environment of domestic enterprises.Through a large number of literature reviews and combing analysis,it makes a comprehensive analysis of transformational leadership,employees' self-efficacy and front-line employees' executive ability,and puts forward research hypothesis and theoretical research model.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership style,employee self-efficacy and front-line employees' executive ability,and to examine the mediating role of self-efficacy.In this study,363 valid sample data were collected through questionnaire survey.SPSS21.0 was used as a statistical analysis tool to analyze the data.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on the execution and self-efficacy of primary employees.(2)Employee self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on the execution of primary staff.(3)Employee self-efficacy has partial mediating role between transformational leadership and grass-roots employees' executive ability.Finally,based on the above findings,the study puts forward management recommendations.
