Knowledge economy is one of the most remarkable characteristics of the 21 st century.Looking back on the long history,no matter in which era,the relationship between knowledge and economy is very close, and Knowledge Sharing is one of the effective ways to maximize the value of knowledge.Innovation is regarded as the last line of defense for the cruel competition of enterprises. It is the guarantee of obtaining low cost, high performance and new products or services. In the face of increasingly fierce competition,if contemporary enterprises want to survive and develop, they must constantly change and innovate to gain competitive advantage.Enterprise innovation and employees are inseparable.Traditional resources such as capital and technology are being imitated by competitors more and more quickly. It is difficult to become a competitive advantage in the future.Knowledge and ability contained in employees are the main source of sustainable competitive advantage.Enterprise employees are the key to enterprise innovation.Leadership style and behavior are considered to be one of the important factors affecting innovation. With the development trend of flattening and flexibility in enterprises, the corresponding employee structure has undergone tremendous changes.Traditional centralized leadership is no longer applicable.Transformational Leadership emerges at the historic moment and has a significant impact on Employees' innovation performance.Intellectual Property Rights are becoming the core element of international competitiveness and strategic resources for a country's development. The Intellectual Property Risk encountered by Chinese enterprises in overseas economic development has attracted widespread attention of the government, industry associations and enterprises.Firstly, the paper reviews the literature of Transformational Leadership,Employees' Innovation Performance,Knowledge Sharing and Intellectual Property Risk,so as to construct Transformational Leadership,Employees' Innovation Performance,Knowledge Sharing and Intellectual Property Risk.In the meanwhile, based on knowledge-based theory, social exchange theory and social cognitive theory, the theoretical model of Transformational Leadership,Employees' Innovation Performance,Knowledge Sharing and Intellectual Property Risk is constructed.Secondly, according to the research results of previous scholars, this paper choose the scales which have high reliability and validity.By using the method of questionnaire survey, the technical researchers of enterprises with certain scale in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and the developed cities of Tianjin and Jing-Jin-Ji Area weretaken as the research objects.A total of 750 questionnaires were issued and 715 valid questionnaires were received. This paper uses AMOS 21.0 and SPSS21.0 software to test the hypothesis of the questionnaire data.In the meanwhile, this paper explores the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employees' Innovation Performance, the intermediary role of Knowledge Sharing between Transformational Leadership and Employees' Innovation Performance, the impact of Intellectual Property Risk on Employees' Innovation Performance, and the moderating role of Intellectual Property Risk between Knowledge Sharing and Employees' Innovation Performance. The following conclusions are drawn:At first,Transformational Leadership has a significant positive correlation with Employees' Innovation Performance.Secondly,Knowledge Sharing plays a intermediary role between Transformational Leadership and Employees' Innovation Performance.Thirdly,Intellectual Property Risk has a significant negative correlation with Employees' Innovation Performance.Fourthly,Intellectual Property Risk plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Employees' Innovation Performance. In order to improve Employees' Innovation Performance,we should attach importance to the role of Transformational Leadership at first.Secondly,we should strengthen the sharing and application of knowledge within the enterprise. And for further improvement of Employees' Innovation Performance,we should rationally control the Intellectual Property Risk in the enterprise.
