Research On Risk Management Of LG Inspection Equipment Government Procurement Project In WF City

As an important part of the financial system,government procurement is an important part of budget implementation.It improves the scientific allocation of government resources and provides a strong guarantee for the government to complete procurement work with high quality,high efficiency and low consumption.The establishment of China's government procurement system conforms to the inherent requirements of the public finance system,strengthens the country's macro-control ability,and plays an important role in standardizing government administrative actions,saving financial funds,creating a fair market environment for competition,promoting anti-corruption and building a clean government,and promoting the realization of the policy objectives of the country's economic and social development.However,due to the imperfect construction of the government procurement system,the complex and diverse types of procurement and the influence of various factors at various levels,the procurement work is facing many problems,affecting the healthy development of the government procurement work.In this paper,the government procurement project of LG inspection equipment in WF city has been studied in depth according to the ideas of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control by using the risk management theory.Firstly,based on the related theories and research results of project risk management at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics and procurement contents of LG inspection equipment government procurement project in WF City,the problems existing in the procurement process of this project are analyzed in depth.Secondly,the risk factors of the project are identified by business process analysis and expert investigation.Thirdly,after the risk factors have been scored qualitatively through expert review,the risk hierarchy model has been constructed by selecting analytic hierarchy process,the weight of risk has beencalculated and the importance of risk indicators has been ranked.At the same time,the risk factors of this project have been evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the three risk levels of risk assessment,which are important risk,medium risk and lighter risk,specific risk control measures have been put forward to reduce the risk and ensure the smooth progress of government procurement activities.
