With the transformation of China's economic development model,knowledge-intensive enterprises face greater competition under the new economic normal than traditional enterprises.For knowledge-intensive enterprises,traditional forms of resources such as capital and equipment can be easily surpassed by competitors.The innovation ability and knowledge of their employees can be the main source of sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises..The knowledge-intensive enterprise R&D team,which is an important carrier of innovation,not only shoulders the future development of the enterprise,but also undertakes the major mission of the national economic transformation to a certain extent.Therefore,measures to improve the innovation performance of the R&D team should be implemented as soon as possible.At present,domestic scholars' research on the path of inclusive leadership affecting team innovation performance is not perfect.Therefore,this paper hopes to enrich the research on the relationship between domestic inclusive leadership and team innovation performance by increasing the research of intermediary variables,and endow the research conclusions with practical application value.Based on social exchange theory,reciprocity theory,two-factor theory,etc.,this paper takes the leadership style that influences the team's innovation performance as the starting point,and explores the path of influence between the new leadership style and the team's innovation performance.And introduce knowledge sharing as a mediator variable,trying to find out how inclusive leadership and its three dimensions affect team innovation performance by acting on knowledge sharing.Through the questionnaire survey of knowledge-intensive enterprises and the analysis of data,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Inclusive leadership and its three dimensions(openness,availability,accessibility)are knowledge-intensive The innovation performance of the enterprise R&D team plays a positive role;(2)The inclusive leadership and its three dimensions of(openness,availability and accessibility)positively promote the knowledge sharing of R&D teams in knowledge-intensive enterprises;(3)Knowledge-intensive enterprise R&D team knowledge sharing plays a positive role in promoting its innovation performance;(4)Knowledge sharing in inclusive leadership and its three dimensions(openness,availability,accessibility)and knowledge-intensive enterprise R&D The team's innovation performance plays a mediating role.This paper provides a new empirical case for studying the role of inclusive leadership in the innovation performance of knowledge-intensive R&D teams.It also provides feasible suggestions for in-house leadership training,knowledge sharing and innovation performance.
