Research On Profit Model Of TX Company

With the rapid development of information network,the Internet has long been integrated into people’s lives.Nowadays,the Internet industry is in a period of rapid growth,the competition among Internet enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,some of which go bankrupt because of poor management,but some enterprises are booming in the competition.The main reason is that these bankrupt enterprises pay too much attention to the market share and the popularity of the enterprise,but ignore the importance of the profit model,and then lose the market competitiveness.Therefore,how to formulate a profit model suitable for their long-term development and implement it is a problem that must be solved in an invincible position in the competition.Interconnection As a new industry,network enterprises have their own unique characteristics.In the course of 20 years of development,TX Company has grown at a steady rate and occupied a certain market share,and has become a giant of the Internet industry in China.It will be more feasible and practical to choose the company as the profit model of Internet enterprises.TX,as the leading Internet company,although the annual profits are considerable,but its profit model is still worth optimizing.2018,at the time of the transformation of TX,the profit model will directly determine the success of the transformation.Therefore,from the point of view of enterprise profit model,this paper first introduces the profit model of Internet enterprises,and then uses the theory of profit model design elements and the theory of operating profit model to constitute the main business of TX company.The contribution of each business to profit,the operation of the enterprise and the financial situation are studied respectively.at the same time,the profit model of TX company in different development periods is also analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the profit model of TXcompany are discussed comprehensively,and then the influencing factors of the profit model are summarized.The analysis shows that although TX is the most comprehensive Internet enterprise in China,the core competitiveness of the enterprise is slightly poor and the enterprise focuses most of its energy on the operation of game products,which leads to the high risk of profit source of the enterprise.In addition,the low foreign market share,product overlap and the lack of growth of value-added services affect the promotion of corporate profits.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some improvements,such as strengthening the expansion of advertising business,actively expanding the foreign market,strengthening the close cooperation between various departments,doing a good job of market research and so on.Measures and suggestions,in order to promote the long-term development of enterprises with the optimal profit model,and play a role in the study of the profit model of Internet enterprises in China.
