Research And Application On Classification Evaluation Model Of Nanfang Material Purchasing

With the reform of the market economy system and the development of aviation industry,aircraft engine manufacturing industry in our country is in a continuous high-speed development stage,but the basic industry instability,backward economy technique,the old economy system and the market supply mechanism cannot meet its developments,material purchasing and supply grows increasingly tense,also restrict its developments seriously.At the beginning of this century,AVIC SOUTH AVIATION INDUSTRY CO.,LTD.(shorted as NANFANG)made the standard of periodical quantity of materials purchasing which key index based on order starting point,supply interval,order cycle and minimum stock days and ABC classification which based on one-dimensional control of purchasing funds to control reserve level.As the promotion of development of the aviation industry,and material procurement complexity,these methods can not meet the needs of NANFANG procuremen.In order to solve the classification evaluation of NANFANG material purchasing and take strategy accordingly,this thesis make research on structure of classification evaluation of NANFANG material purchasing,and apply to work out classification purchasing strategy,mainly includes the following content:(1)Shortly analysis the material purchasing condition home and abroad and discuss the current situation and exist problem of NANFANG material purchasing.(2)Propose classification evaluation model of NANFANG material purchasing,proposed Southern Company procurement classification and evaluation based on the AHP evaluation model.from procurement difficulties and the funds used to purchase two dimension detail construction of the evaluation index system and model of models.(3)Based on current situation of NANFANG,work out material purchasing classification and differentiation purchasing strategy in view of AHP classification evaluation,which ensured the supply and quality of NANFANG material purchasing increased substantially,and also made the reserve structure more reasonablc.
