Optimum Design Of Maintenance Business Process Of QC Company

In the tide of globalization and informatization,modern enterprises are facing increasingly complex and uncertain environment.QC company as a sales-oriented enterprise,its main product mahjong machine after-sales profits gradually become less.How to make enterprises adapt to the complex and changing market environment,sustainable and healthy development has become a common concern of the theoretical and practical circles.Process optimization is the process of analyzing the existing process of an enterprise,proposing and solving problems.This paper aims to improve the operation efficiency of QC company,reduce the operation cost of the company and improve the competitiveness of the company.This article is based on upper purpose,first of all,Process Management,Optimization and Re-engineering theory are analyzed and studied.Then,through the process learning of similar industries in this field at home and abroad,problem of Existing Process of Enterprise was found out by using the method of process lane diagram and fishbone diagram analysis,Value Chain Analysis method is used for Process Planning and Weighted Selection Method is used to determine the Target Process.Finally,ESIA method is used to optimize the process from different perspectives.Adopt the value-oriented and customer-oriented principles,and achieve the following five aspects of improvement through process optimization: 1.Solve the problem of arbitrary charge by maintenance staff in the process of maintenance.2.Solve the problem of customer’s mahjong machine maintenance difficulties and idle maintenance workers.3.Solve excessive spare parts inventory and low utilization of mahjong machine.4.Solve the problem of low working efficiency of maintenance personnel.5.Improve customer satisfaction.To achieve the maintenance processize,standardization and controllability.This paper also establishes the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the new process,and uses the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of the optimized process.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the optimization of the process and prospects for the future.
