Research On Requirements Priority Management Of The Community E-commerce Development Project Of Z Property Company

Based on a large property company to product and market positioning gradually clear,namely through trust higher property management signs for businesses,the owner,establish mutual trust mechanism between logistics,solve the problem of logistics terminal,product quality and after-sales service of give attention to two or morethings welfare and economy,so more and more property companies begin to pay attention to and try water community power project,the author's Z property sales also decided,based on physical and offline services electric business platform to build their own community.Z community property electric business platform development project,in the early stage of the construction process,because of the numerous and large demand,caused in the process of the project team to develop can't clear know development which requirements first,every time is a pot of stew,full development,leading to a development efficiency is not high,with a long cycle,delivery not in time,and so on and so forth.After understanding that demand-related problems are the difficulties of the project,in order to improve the development efficiency of the project and reduce the project cycle,the relevant research of this paper was carried out.This paper studied and sorted out the traditional demand management engineering,and learned from the experience and methods of predecessors.Meanwhile,it applied the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the ranking of demand priority,and established the demand priority evaluation model.Based on the prioritization algorithm of requirements,the project's requirements management method is improved,and the corresponding solution of requirements priority change is developed when the requirements are increased or changed.The main tasks completed in this paper include:First,the problems existing in the project of Z property e-business platform were analyzed in depth.Then,the evaluation index system was selected based on the research results at home and abroad and the features of the project.Then,the evaluation index system that mainly affected the needs of the project was determined through Delphi method.Secondly,the evaluation model is established according to the determined index system applicable to the project of Z property e-commerce platform,and the judgment matrix of relative importance is determined after the establishment of the model,and then the feasibility of the model is analyzed by calculating the relative weight of the judgment matrix and verifying the consistency.Thirdly,the model was applied to the phase iii development process of the project of zreal estate e-commerce platform,and the project achievements before and after the application of the model were compared,and the improvement brought to the project after the application of the model was analyzed and summarized.The value of demand priority management to Z property e-commerce platform projects has been strongly demonstrated.
