Research On Requirements Management Of A Company’s Product Developmet Project Bsaed On Agile

Software services based on the Saa S have become a major trend in the software industry due to their advantages of repeatability,low cost,and faster solution delivery,safety,and efficiency.Repeatability means a solution that can be "Standardized",which requires higher standardization of software product functions.Due to the continuous changes in user requirements for product functions,there is a higher requirement for the timeliness of software function updates.Software development mode has basically shifted to agile mode.In software development practice based on agile mode,The Scrum is the most widely used.In product projects based on agile development,requirement management has become a key factor in determining product quality.How to establish a scientific requirement management system,ensure product standardization,enhance product competitiveness,and reduce development costs is a test that every enterprise faces.Company A is a SaaS software development company.Through reviewing and researching the relevant theories and applications of requirement management,this article takes Company A as the research object,focusing on the requirement management work in the development of Saa S products based on the Scrum.The current basic situation of Company A and the problems encountered in requirement management,such as unclear processes,low accuracy of requirements,incomplete requirement analysis,and lack of tracking of requirements,are discussed,Analyze the causes of problems and propose corresponding solutions based on the analysis results,including optimizing the requirement management process,formulating requirement input standards,improving the quality of demand analysis,and improving the demand tracking mechanism.In this process,demonstrate the feasibility of the solution.Under the guidance of scientific theories and methods,the requirements management process and methods of Company A are more reasonable,which further improves the level of requirements management of Company A,providing reference for the improvement of requirements management of small and medium-sized software development companies of the same type.
