In today's society with increasingly fierce market competition, resource shortage and environmental pollution threat, market competition has gradually become the competition between supply chains, and reverse supply chain is the top priority among them, and the recycling and treatment of waste products has also become a hot topic nowadays.Relevant policies have been issued at home and abroad to guide enterprises in various industries to standardize recycling,so as to realize the renewable utilization of resources and moderate protection of the environment.Choosing the most suitable partner and the most appropriate model in the complex recycling network can maintain the long-term stability of the supply chain and improve the overall profit and recycling efficiency. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the combination of different power structures and different mixed recovery modes,so as to obtain the mode with the largest profit for each node member of the supply chain,so as to make enterprises pay more attention to the recycling and utilization of waste products, mobilize the enthusiasm of recycling, and at the same time, provide some reference for them to reduce costs, obtain the maximum profit and make the optimal recycling decision. The first two chapters of this paper introduce the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad and the basic concepts related to supply chain management,in order to understand the development process of reverse supply chain and the existing several recycling channels and power dominant structure; On the basis of previous studies, the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products, established respectively the reverse supply chain decision-making model of manufacturer-led and retailer-led mixed recycling of manufacturer and retailer and mixed recycling of manufacturer, retailer and third party. And then, the game theory is used to analyze and compare the profit function obtained from the model horizontally and vertically, then the influence of consumer's recovery price sensitivity and the competition coefficient between the recycler on profit and the best recycling choice of each node enterprise are obtained. Finally, the simulation software is used to further verify the existing conclusions. The results show that the manufacturer in the reverse supply chain system is always the best dominant party of the power structure,no matter for the profit of the manufacturer, retailer or the whole reverse supply chain. The recovery profit under the manufacturer's leadership is usually greater than that under the retailer's leadership, and the specific choice of mixed recovery channel depends on the degree of consumer sensitivity to recovery price and recovery competition. Therefore,in general,in the reverse supply chain system of recycling waste products remanufacturing, the establishment of the manufacturer-led reverse recovery system can get the maximum benefit, realize the optimal allocation of social resources, and also make the supply chain system long-term and stable. In this paper, literature review method, quantitative modeling method, comparative analysis method and example analysis method are used to quantify the problem of power structure and recycling channel selection from the perspective of the model, which can be proved by formula theory to deepen people's understanding of the recycling problem with data, and lay a theoretical foundation for future recycling practice.
