With the rapid development of China's economy and the increase in population,the demand of people's travel is also increasing.Under the pressure of increased resource demand and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles have been greatly favored by the national policy to the individual consumer level.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also continuously lowered the threshold for the production of new energy vehicles to provide car companies with greater convenience and development space.The demand for new energy vehicles will continue to improve in the economic downturn.As an important component of new energy vehicles,power batteries are also increasing with the increase of new energy vehicles.Waste power batteries have become a great threat to environmental pollution and waste of resources.But if handled properly,they will have great economic and environmental benefits.The main research object of this paper is the waste power batteries eliminated by consumers.This paper takes the reverse supply chain of used power battery recycling as a research clue,constructs the corresponding used power battery recycling model.Through comparative analysis,the appropriate recovery model is selected and rationalized suggestions are proposed.The research on power battery recycling is still in its infancy,and it needs further exploration and discovery in theory and practice.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the evolutionary game of its reverse supply chain.Through the search and reading of the corresponding literature,understand and summarize the current status of power battery recycling at home and abroad.On this basis,the actual dilemma faced by my country's power battery is analyzed.The four scenarios are set to analyze the corresponding advantages and disadvantages and sensitivity of supply chain recycling.Based on reverse logistics theory,this paper uses Steinberg game theory to study the problem of developing reverse logistics of power batteries.Model D(government subsidized consumers),Model C(government subsidized recyclers),Model M(government subsidized manufacturers),Model MC(government subsidized manufacturers and recyclers).This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four models,and how to achieve the maximum total profit of the reverse supply chain of waste power battery recycling,and the maximum benefits of the supply chain participants.Using numerical analysis tools,we found that government subsidies topower battery manufacturers can maximize channel profits and total surplus.In the scenario analysis,the more financial subsidies,the more power battery manufacturers to reproduce the recovered power batteries,and at the same time encourage consumers to purchase regenerated power batteries.Sensitivity analysis shows that in all closed-loop supply chain models,the increase in subsidies promotes the increase in total surplus and channel profit.In addition,this paper analyzes the “Substituting Old for New” activity of government subsidies in power batteries,analyzes the appropriateness of government economic subsidies intervention measures and rationality of the policy.Finally,based on the results of previous research and the summary of relevant literature,this paper This paper proposes relevant recycling recommendations for government policy and strategic interventions in the power battery recycling system,,such as improving the laws and regulations of government intervention,the appropriate amount of intervention in the market,improving the producer responsibility extension system,and promoting the “Substituting Old for New” policy Implementation etc.Here,I also hope that these suggestions will provide some help and reference for China's power battery recycling industry in the future.There are 10 pictures,2 tables,and 98 references in the article.
