As a city branch of China Telecom's S province,XA Telecom has the highest scale and strength in the province's prefectures and ranks first in the Northwest.As the transformation of telecom enterprises accelerates,emerging services are defined by XA Telecom as the core business at this stage,which is directly related to the stable development of enterprises.Employees who develop core businesses play an important role in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading.How to scientifically and reasonably analyze the needs of core business personnel and formulate more effective incentives has become the most concerned issue for XA Telecom.This paper first understands the company's existing incentive strategies through questionnaires and interviews.Then,using SPSS software and other statistical analysis tools to obtain the employee's satisfaction with the existing incentive strategy;then extract and summarize the main factors from the design of 20 incentives,and statistical analysis of the company's employees to the main factors Respond to the extent of the problem and find out the problems and reasons.Research shows that XA Telecom employees generally pay attention to six major factors: salary bonus,personal development,work achievement,company development,work environment and welfare.The most important incentive factor for employee satisfaction is leadership quality and company development.Unsatisfactory incentives are personal development,promotion,fairness,and work environment.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the existing incentive strategies in the three aspects of material incentive optimization,development incentive optimization and spiritual incentive optimization when designing the optimization incentive mechanism.This paper studies the incentive needs of XA Telecom's clear core business personnel,optimizes the existing incentive strategies,and has certain reference value for the incentive management of core business personnel of other telecommunications companies.
