China's political situation is stable,the country is peaceful and the people are peaceful.In recent years,the economic situation is good,and the national income is constantly improving,which has brought a lot of vitality to the tourism industry.As one of the top ten cultural symbols of Chongqing,Fishing City Scenic Spot has a long historical background,profound cultural heritage and abundant tourism resources.However,the management of the Scenic Spot is not ideal,and the tourist visits are relatively small.The satisfaction of tourists in scenic spots greatly affects the good development of scenic spots.The National Tourism Administration even regards the satisfaction of tourists in scenic spots as an important reference for the division and evaluation of the quality of scenic spots.Therefore,in order to do a good job in the study of tourist satisfaction of Fishing City scenic spot,combining theory with practice,from the perspective of tourists,we need to analyze the reasons leading to the lag of tourism development in Fishing City scenic spot,put forward feasible strategies,solve practical problems to improve the scenic spot tourism environment and promote the development of tourism in the scenic spot.This study follows the logical thinking of case study in modern scientific norms,that is,the standardized process of "putting forward problems-Theoretical Research Summary-Analysis Framework Construction-Case Introduction-Case Analysis-case conclusion".The full text consists of six parts: one is the introduction of the background and significance of the study,the ideas and contents of the study and the main research methods;the other is the overview of the theoretical basis,literature review and analysis framework of the study;the third is the introduction of the research object,the case of Fishing City scenic spot,including scenic resources,development history,current characteristics and existing problems;the fourth is the case analysis of the scenic spot,that is,the investigation and analysis of the tourist satisfaction of the Fishing City scenic spot;the fifth is the case conclusion,which is to put forward the strategy of improving the tourist satisfaction of the Fishing City scenic spot;the sixth is the summary,shortcomings and prospects of this study.Based on the measurement and analysis of tourists' satisfaction in Fishing City Scenic Spot,i.e.the specific analysis of relevant information,the quantitative analysis of tourists' satisfaction in Fishing City Scenic Spot and the statistical analysis of unsatisfactory situation in Fishing City Scenic Spot,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve tourists' satisfaction in Fishing City Scenic Spot: Firstly,market segmentation,the determination of target market and market positioning are carried out.Target groups should be set up;second,according to the results of tourist satisfaction assessment and analysis of Fishing cityscenic spot,the upgrading scheme is allocated;third,we should point out the guarantee of the implementation of the corresponding strategies,strengthen the cooperation of all enterprises in scenic spots,advocate the service culture aiming at tourists' satisfaction,and establish and improve tourists service evaluation and quality improvement system.Generally speaking,this paper has a certain theoretical significance in evaluating the tourist satisfaction of Fishing City scenic spot and improving the strategy.At the same time,taking Fishing City scenic spot as an example,it has a certain practical significance to study the reasons for the lag of tourism development from the perspective of tourist satisfaction.However,due to the constraints of some subjective and objective factors,coupled with my limited ability,there are many shortcomings in the research process of tourist satisfaction evaluation and promotion strategy of Fishing City scenic spot.Therefore,the study on the evaluation and promotion strategy of tourist satisfaction in Fishing City scenic spot is only an exploratory achievement,and the follow-up research work needs to be continuously expanded and extended,and also needs to be deeply thought and constantly verified in order to achieve the optimization and perfection of the research field.
