intensively cultivated in the field of environmental monitoring.This paper uses some basic models and methods of strategic management to conduct research on the development strategy of JG Technology.Firstly,PEST method is used to analyze the macro-environment of politics,economy,culture and technology faced by the company.The results of PEST analysis show that:(1)Politically,the state has introduced a number of policies related to environmental protection this year;(2)Economically,the state and society invest a lot of funds into the field of environmental protection,especially environmental monitoring and governance;(3)Culturally,the public’s attention to ecological and environmental protection continues to increase;(4)In terms of technology,the continuous innovation of relevant environmental monitoring technology provides a strong driving force for the company’s development.Secondly,using the Porter’s five-force model to analyze the environmental monitoring industry in which the company is located,the results show that:(1)due to high technical threshold,the industry’s new entrants are less threatened;(2)the supplier’s bargaining power is not strong;(3)the purchasers are divided into two parts,one is the government departments with strong bargaining power,the other is the industrial enterprises,which benefit from environmental protection tax,the demand for industrial environmental protection monitoring increases,and the bargaining power of enterprises is not strong;(4)There is no other product that can be replaced by environmental monitoring at present;(5)The competition among enterprises in the industry is relatively strong.Then,analyze the internal environment of the company’s resources,advantages,finances,and internal problems.Then,based on the analyzed internal and external environmental factors,the company conducts SWOT model analysis.Through strategy matching,the development strategy suitable for the company is obtained: SO growth strategy,and develop a company-level strategy: diversification strategy and integration strategy.Following the way of "Danaher" expansion,the company continuously improves the front and back ends of the company’s industrial chain through integration strategy,like independent research and development,mergers and acquisitions.The diversification strategy is also constantly involved in new areas in the form of mergers and acquisitions,gaining new technical support and extending the core business of the company.Through the implementation of the strategy,the company’s business will be transformed from monitoring to "monitoring + governance",and strive to build the company into an integrated environmental service provider that integrates "detection / monitoring big data + cloud computing +
