Research On Risk Control Of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank

With the continuous development of financial innovation,commercial banks are facing increasing risks,and how to effectively prevent and control the risk of commercial banks has important practical significance.There is a close relationship between the operational risk of commercial banks and the external environment.In China economic reform in the past forty years,Chinese commercial banks to support the reform of the economic system Chinese bear a huge cost of the reform,their risk management systems are facing great challenges.Based on this background,this paper attempts to explore the research on risk control of commercial bank China,hoping to provide some ideas to improve the political and economic system and the reform of the government and Chinese commercial bank risk management mechanism.This paper first describes the theory of commercial bank risk control and risk control methods;secondly,analyzes the present situation and the internal and external risk control problems in our commercial banks risk control;thirdly,the Shanghai Pu dong Development Bank as an example to analyze the risk control situation and Countermeasures of Shanghai Pu dong Development Bank;finally,in based on the above research put forward the future of China’s commercial banks risk control strategies.
