The Construction Of The Development Level Evaluation System Of The Electronic Commerce Platform Of The Bank And The Evaluation Of The "Shan Rong Business"

The development of e-commerce and the Internet has triggered a revolution in the electronic commerce of banks,which has transformed the way in which banks manually transact business into online intelligent management,and also changed the relationship between banks and customers.In 2012,China Construction Bank has developed its online electricity platform “Shan Rong Business”.But in the face of fierce competition among banks,and the traditional electricity supplier platform to carry out Internet banking and other external pressures,the construction of “Shan Rong business” e-commerce platform is needed urgently to find out the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,in this paper,through literature research and practice,and then we can find the most basic operation mode of electronic business platform and program,thus summarizing the main factors affecting the business platform,including platform,logistics,information and customer service.Secondly,This paper is based on Delphi method,AHP and questionnaire.Through the operation process of e-commerce platform and development level of e-commerce platform of the commercial bank,this paper summed up 4 level one indicators,10 level two indexes,22 level three indexes,and established a comprehensive index system,and then calculated the weight of each index.Thirdly,apply the index system to “Shan Rong Business” of China Construction Bank,combined with expert scoring method of weighted addition,this paper calculated the comprehensive evaluation of “Shan Rong Business” and “taobao”.Finally,combined with the actual development situation and the evaluation of the results of the platform,this paper carried on the contrast analysis,which can find out the deficiencies and the existing problems of electronic business platform “Shan Rong Business”,and proposes the targeted and feasible countermeasures.Therefore,this paper can have a certain reference and guidance significance for the development of the “Shan Rong Business” in the future.
