Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Service Industry Business Model Innovation

As a strategic means of competition,business model innovation has drawn wide attention from scholars.In the report of the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,it was clearly proposed that business model innovation should be an important part of the national innovation-driven strategy.Although business model innovation has become a key force for enterprises to cope with multiple environmental changes and improve their competitiveness,scholars' research on enterprise business model innovation evaluation is not systematic and complete.Based on this,this paper combined with the basic theory of business model innovation,reference the main research results of scholars,evolution of enterprise network is constructed under the perspective of business model innovation evaluation system,and carry on the empirical test,to enrich the enterprise business model innovation evaluation system,for the government,the enterprise to provide countermeasures and achieve further development is of great significance.This article mainly discusses from the following aspects:Firstly,the business model and business model innovation theory are summarized.This part mainly expounds the definition and components of business model,the definition and influencing factors of business model innovation,and summarizes the nine factors that have a great impact on business model innovation.Meanwhil,it sorts out the theoretical basis and the research results of enterprise business model innovation at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper collects the development data of 10 representative enterprises in the service industry,proposes the research hypothesis,and uses FSQCA software to construct the business model innovation evaluation system under the perspective of enterprise network evolution.It is concluded that in the construction stage of enterprise network,enterprises will initiate business model innovation through service standardization,focus on customer value proposition and enterprise resource concentration.In the growth stage of enterprise network,improving organizational learning ability and integrating enterprise resources can lead to business model innovation.In the mature stage of enterprise network,product diversification,enterprise innovation culture,enterprise competition crisis and establishment of enterprise network system are the core influencing factors that trigger the innovation of business model.Finally,to make the designed index system is more scientific and representative,based on the level of the index system,this article selects the service sector enterprises 10 cases were typical evidence cited,building perfect evaluation index system of enterprise business model innovation.On this basis,this paper studies how companies can make good use of the evaluation index system to further stimulate business model innovation and gain competitive advantage.
