Research On Intellectual Property Management Of Aerospace Military Trade

As a military power country,China is actively carrying out the military trade.In recent years,China's military trade products are gradually shifting from traditional small-batch products to batch-product exports.The purchaser of military trade has shifted from relatively poor countries to richer countries.The military products have gradually shifted from low-grade to medium-high-grade ones.The mode of market expanding has shifted from the simple product trade to the system including technology,services and product solutions.As a special product or technology,weapon equipments have been closely linked with the intellectual property such as patent and copyright since the beginning of developing.However,the issue of intellectual property in the military trade did not attract the attention of most countries,which is gradually emerged with the development of military trade.Some countries are drawing on the military technology and products of more advanced countries,on this basis;they have developed and formed the weapons on their own.As the weapons development of the countries above,the issue of intellectual property in military trade has been increasingly prominent.The issue of imitation of weapon equipment is increasingly appearing in the international air show and military trade activities.Most military power countries are also thinking how to prevent the loss of their own intellectual property to maintain their leading military status,while taking measures to promote the export of arms and obtain tremendous military.This paper comprehensively analyzed the intellectual property policies of the world's major military trade countries such as the United States and Russia,designed the questionnaire to investigate and the domestic military export enterprises and units;and based on the aerospace military trade project,proposed the specific program of intellectual property management of aerospace military trade project.Especially focused on the M military trade product,designed the whole process which is from the stage of market development to the product delivery and after-sale.The paper also introduced how to put the specific program into practice to verify the feasibility,and provided the entire process ofintellectual property management in aerospace military trade products.And provided the a useful reference for China to implement an intellectual property management in military trade project.
