Research On Risks Of L/C Settlement In Certain Overseas Purchasing Project Of Aerospace

In recent decades,China's space industry has continuously made great achievements that attract worldwide attention.The research and development level of space technology and the improvement of scientific research environment are playing an important role.In the new era,while adhering to the precious spirit of self-reliance in space industry,the overseas procurement of advanced research and development equipment has become a shortcut to accelerate the improvement of space science and technology.The overseas procurement of advanced equipment of high level in China's aerospace fiel d is generally carried out by a specially qualified international trading company by using letter of credit settlement(hereinafter L/C settlement).It has the characteristics of large amount,long period,multiple related parties and large influence of political and economic factors,and it has the risk of huge loss caused by project loss,delay or even suspension of the trading company.How to carry out systematic evaluation of various risk factors in the L/C settlement process of overseas procurement projects,get the conclusion of the risks and their interactions,then take effective countermeasure for international trading companies in the aerospace field.At present,there are few studies on this issue by domestic aerospace enterprises,In terms of project risk management,the company generally works according to its own experience and knowledge.the problem in project risk assessment generally work according to their own experience and understanding,without systematic analysis and solutions,it is difficult to objectively evaluate the risks.Therefore,this paper attempts to take a procurement project as an example to conduct research in the field of L/C settlement risk assessment of overseas procurement projects of aerospace advanced equipment.First of all,the paper uses literature research method to sort out the connotation and application theories of L/C settlement and project risk management as the theoretical support for the subsequent scheme design.On this basis,with an overseas procurement project of aerospace equipment as the background,the main risk factors that may be faced in the L/C settlement process of procurement projects and the harm caused by them are systematically sorted out by using flow chart method.and established the risk eval uation index system according to the principle of risk index selection;Based on the structural equation theory,the structural equation model of each risk category of L/C settlement is established,and the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the mutual influence of various risks and the weight of internal factors are carried out by combining the investigation data;According to the result of risk assessment,specific measures are given at last.This paper is a preliminary study on the risk management o f the L/C settlement business of the overseas procurement project of aerospace advanced equipment.In theory,the research results of this paper can provide references for the research of project risk management through structural equation model.In practice,it can guide aerospace trading companies to provide a set of systematic risk management methods and examples for the L/C settlement of relatively complex overseas procurement projects.
