In the current highly competitive economic environment, enterprises need to constantly improve their core competitiveness and overall efficiency in order to have a competitive advantage in the market. The realization of enterprise goals depends on the performance of each employee in the organization, and how to improve the performance of employees is crucial to the development of the enterprise. However with the development of the knowledge economy and the internet-based living environment, the sleep of employees has been seriously damaged.Poor quality sleep has a negative impact on employees' physical and mental health and work performance, and reduces their performance output.Mindfulness is the ability of an employee to focus on the present and observe stimuli without evaluating them.Existing studies have shown that mindfulness can improve the staff's attention, abate the pressure and rumination,so as to improve sleep quality and performance in the workplace. And mindfulness can also ascend through the way of training intervention for many companies in the practice of mindfulness training. Therefore,on the basis of conservation of resource theory and self-determination theory, this article explores the relationship between employee mindfulness, sleep quality and task performance, uses sleep quality as a mediator between mindfulness and task performance, and from the perspective of organizational environment, introduces organizational identification as a moderator,to research the moderating effect of organizational identification in the relationship between employee mindfulness, sleep quality and task performance. This study designs a questionnaire based on the existing maturity scale, and collects data by means of online questionnaires.A total of 263 valid questionnaires are collected. The data are processed by statistical software such as SPSS and AMOS.The results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good and there is no serious common method bias problem. Then the descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to test the research hypothesis. The results show that employee mindfulness has a significant positive impact on task performance, sleep quality has a partial mediating effect as a mediator in the relationship between mindfulness and task performance, organizational identification plays no significant role in the relationship between mindfulness and task performance, organizational identification has a partial moderating effect in the relationship between sleep quality and task performance. It is recognized that the higher the employee's organizational identification is,the stronger the positive impact of employee sleep quality on task performance is.According to the results of empirical research, this article puts forward management suggestions for enterprises, and enterprises can enhance their task performance from the following three aspects: using mindfulness, improving the attention to the employees' sleep quality, and enhancing the organizational identification of employees.Firstly, the standard of mindfulness should also be included in the criteria for talent screening to recruit employees with higher levels of mindfulness, and mindfulness training courses within the company should be conducted to improve the mindfulness level of employees.Secondly, from the work arrangement, work environment to ensure employee rest time, reduce staff pressure, healthy sleep habits should be cultivated to improve the quality of sleep.Thirdly,as to enhance the organizational identification of employees, comprehensive training system and career planning should be provided, enterprises should strengthen internal communication, actively listen to the voice of employees, build corporate culture and corporate image to enhance the sense of belonging of employees.
