With the development of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the research of performance management has attracted extensive attention of enterprises.Y enterprises as scientific and technical personnel intensive enterprises,to quickly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,we must establish an effective performance management system,constantly stimulate scientific research technology research personnel's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.This paper takes Y company as the research object,with the goal of management theory,incentive theory as the guide,the use of literature research,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis methods,analysis of the existing performance management system of technical personnel of state-owned enterprises in the problem.The existing performance management system has many problems,such as vague concept of performance management,lack of guidance in the implementation process,unreasonable performance management plan,formalization of assessment process,inadequate communication and single use of result.The above problems are mainly caused by the influence of the traditional system and concept,the lack of attention and the lack of modern performance management system.The principle to solve the main problems of performance management system of technology researchers in state-owned enterprises should adhere to fair and open,feasibility and practicability,combination of process and result,feedback and modification,including performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback and performance results using the five aspects of the system,and in view of the actual situation of technology researchers in Y enterprise,sort out the performance appraisal index system,accurate evaluation technology on personal performance,through the feedback of the result of the performance appraisal and application,actively promote technology research personnel,to ensure the performance of enterprises in the state of continuous improvement,in order to promote the common development of technology research personnel and enterprises.
