Among the state-owned enterprises in China,the human resources management departments of state-owned enterprises in the public transportation industry generally have a status quo of lagging management and lack of innovation.There are many reasons.The most important reason is nothing more than the support of the government's public finance policy.Under the current situation,the internal reform of enterprises has great resistance,the overall development of the industry is not optimistic,and the human resources management system remains unchanged.It is for these reasons that grassroots personnel are frequently moving,staff is aging,operating efficiency is low,and public resources are wasted.As an important department in the development process of the enterprise,the human resources management department is no longer an operation department dealing with transactional,training and other transactional work.It has become an important functional department of the overall layout of corporate strategic development.Therefore,under the impetus of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises in the public transportation industry have also been supported by the government's public transport priority policy.The human resources management departments and relevant practitioners will inevitably make suggestions and adjustments to promote the harmonious and stable development of enterprises.This article takes JXCY state-owned transportation company as the research object.For a long time,the publicity has done a lot of work in employee training,strengthening system construction,information construction,curriculum construction,teacher team construction,etc.,and carried out middle and senior management training,staff training and business.Personnel directly manage training,daily training,etc.,but there are still a series of problems.Based on the research and analysis of this paper,based on the relevant theories and methods of training management,it is found that the company's employee training management is relatively weak;the level of professional training needs to be improved;the internal training teachers are not sufficient;the curriculum setting is relatively backward.In response to these problems,it is proposed to improve the overall quality of employees by optimizing employee training management.The plan is to improve from the following aspects: first,create a learning-type cultural enterprise;second,establish a scientific training management system;third,strengthen new employee training;fourth,implement multi-level professional training.
