Study On The Model Of Collective Economic Income And The Influence Factors Of Income In Poor Village

In April 2016,the State Council General Office made it clear in its Opinions on Establishing a Mechanism for Exiting Poverty from Outlets that the withdrawal of poor villages needs to take all factors into account such as the economic development of the village collective.With the continuous progress of poverty alleviation work,the development of collective economy in the village is still slow.On the one hand,in order to reach the standard of getting rid of poverty,it is also to complete the annual poverty reduction plan issued by governments at all levels,and most impoverished villages adopt the collective and long-term economic development.On the other hand,most of the poor villages are located in mountainous areas,semi-mountainous areas or ethnic autonomous areas.Most of the poor people’s development of collective economy in the village is limited by their location and natural endowments,and their economic benefits are relatively poor difference.However,a large number of facts show that increasing income of peasants,supporting poor rural families and disadvantaged groups can not be separated from rural collective economy.Taking Qianfeng District of Guang’an City as the research object,this paper first elaborates the concept of rural collective economy,rural collective economic organization and precise poverty alleviation.Using the theory of supply side,resource and environment theory and cooperative economic theory,this paper comprehensively grasps the connotation of rural collective economy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the collective economy in poverty-stricken villages in Qianfeng District,including the status quo of income and the sources of funds.Then,it analyzes the mode of collective economic income of poor villages.There are four modes: asset utilization,resource development,collective management and dividend-sharing,analyze the connotation and characteristics of each mode,and then study the mode choice of poor villages in Qianfeng District,Analyze the specific reasons.Finally,based on the survey results,this paper empirically analyzes the factors that affect the collective economic income of poor villages in Qianfeng District.According to the conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.When analyzing the collective economic income pattern of poverty-stricken villages in Qianfeng District,this paper finds that the income models of collective economic organizations in poor villages are dominated by collective management and shareholding,while there are relatively few asset utilization and resource development types.Through deep analysis,,The majority of these poor villages are far away from the county seat or higher altitude areas,soil resources are relatively poor,more difficult to develop,which leads to poor village collective economic organization’s income model less choice of asset utilization and resource development type.When analyzing the influential factors of the collective economic income of poverty-stricken villages in Qianfeng District,it is found that the proportion of technology,talents,location,the incidence of poverty and the proportion of migrant workers are important factors that affect the collective economic incomes of poor villages in Qianfeng District.Therefore,we should strengthen the technology of agricultural science and technology Input and enhance their technical strength;improve the management ability and sense of responsibility of village cadres;build core competitiveness with advantages;and reduce the incidence of poverty.
