| Since the 12 th Five-Year Plan,the country has been paying attention to supply-side structural reform,which has been followed by the supply-side structural reform in agriculture.After the19 th CPC national congress,the principal contradiction in the society has also changed,and the whole society is calling for the supply of high-quality agricultural products.On February14,2017,the State Council issued the Notice of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Food Safety and the 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Drug Safety,which was issued by the State Council on February 12,2017.The plan points out that although the 12 th Five-Year Plan has made some achievements,China is still in a period of food safety risks highlighted and food safety incidents concentrated outbreaks,food safety situation is still grim.Pesticide and veterinary drug residues and additive abuse remain the biggest risk to food safety.Respecting the objective law of food safety,adhering to the management of the source,address both the symptoms and root causes,and ensuring the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people,we must make great efforts to grasp it.Founded in 2015,Happiness Farm is positioned as the builder and organizer of the layer industry ecological chain.With the cooperation mode of "company + layer farmers",starting from 1-day-old chickens,Happiness Farm provides fodder,vaccines and health care products,and the qualified eggs of the cooperative farmers were recovered at a premium from the egg production.This paper mainly studies the business model of Happiness Farm.As a start-up company,there are many difficulties in the early stage,and there are some imperfections in its business model.This paper explores the existing problems of various elements of the business model,analyzes the causes of the problems,finds out the reasons and optimizes them.The value of enterprises has been greatly improved.It also provides a reference for the development of similar agricultural enterprises. |
