Research On The Typical Obstacle And Solution Of Manufacturing Servitization Strategy

In the past few decade years,the economic development of China grow very fast,especially in the infrastructure construction field.It means that the main running model manufacturing industry is “sales of new product”.But in recent years,the economic growth rate has declined from around 8% to 6%,the old model “sales of new product” can't adapt to the new normal of our economy.Many research of servitization transformation has been done by related scholar and professor,and also many manufacturing company also tried to implement servitization strategy.But in the transformation process,these company encounter lots of obstacle.As the basis of this paper,analysis of N company business and market situation has been done in this paper.Such as,why a manufacturing company should transmit to servitization,what are the main obstacles of servitization,what the core competence of N company? Based on the current servitization research,and the study of an traditional manufacturing company,a new method to conquer the obstacle of servitization transformation raised in this paper.This method include the transformation path selection,service organization structure design,service process design,customer demand forecast and service quality control.
