Research On Optimization Of Financial Supervision Mechanism In Dalian

As the foundation and important pillar of state governance,finance has continuously promoted the in-depth development of the fiscal and taxation system reform.As the inherent function of the financial department,financial supervision is a supervised behavior closely carried out around the financial center work,and is an important part of the financial work.It requires that financial supervision must be able to accurately grasp the pulse of financial work,keep pace with the times,and constantly innovate to meet the new tasks,new standards and new requirements put forward by the financial work in the new era for the supervision business.At present,the Ministry of Finance has completed the adjustment of the functions of the Supervision and Inspection Bureau and the Office of the Local Commissioner.The Department of Finance of Liaoning Provincial has also completed the transformation of.The central and provincial financial supervision agencies have closely integrated the needs of financial work,constantly innovating management methods,and completed the transformation and development of financial supervision institutions and work priorities initially.With the continuous expansion and deepening of financial supervision and development,local financial supervision will also enter an important period of construction.How to grasp the opportunities and challenges brought about by the transformation of financial supervision work,how to match the financial supervision business and the work of the financial center,and how to realize the "glorious turn" of financial supervision in the reform of the fiscal and taxation system,are the major issues facing by the current financial supervision work.Based on the reality of Dalian's financial supervision work,this paper uses interviews,investigations,and participation in work to carry out research,aiming at broadening the thinking of Dalian's financial supervision work and establishing and improving a new mechanism for financial supervision and management.This paper explores from four aspects.The first part analyzes the background and significance of China's financial supervision work,and explores the optimization research content and methods of Dalian financial supervision mechanism by exploring the research status and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars;The second part of the studies the financial status of Dalian and analyzes existing problems and causes through research,interviews,and other ways to participate in the work of supervision and management;The third part mainly combines the advanced experience of domestic and foreign financial supervision work,combined with the actual work of Dalian,puts forward the improvement plan of Dalian financial supervision mechanism optimization and construction,and conducted a validity and feasibility demonstration from the external environment,economic feasibility and technical feasibility.The fourth part proposes innovation and construction safeguards from the aspects of constructing a scientific and rational operation system and strengthening information construction.Based on the in-depth investigation of the actual financial supervision work in Dalian,and through the analysis of relevant theories and experiences at home and abroad,combined with the shallow experience of supervision work of myself,I put forward my own suggestions for the optimization of the financial supervision mechanism in Dalian.
