Research Of China’s Financial Supervision And Coordination Mechanism Under The Post-financial Crisis

The global financial crisis which began in2007has made risk spread quickly allover the world, having great influence on the world economy. The financialsupervision has caused a lot of attention. At the same time, contradiction betweenChina’s current financial regulatory system and the development of current financialsystem is becoming increasingly prominent, facing the rigorous test. In fact, China’sfinancial industry mixed operation and specialized supervision are inconsistently.Based on this present situation, the major issues face us is how to perfect the financialsupervision coordination mechanism of China’s financial industry.Firstly, started with the financial supervision and synergetic theory, this paperanalyses the feasibility for application of synergetic theory in the financial regulation;Secondly, after analyzing of our financial regulatory system, to do the qualitativeanalysis of the present situation of our country’s financial regulation; Then usesynergetic method and establish financial supervision synergic model to measuresynergic degree of the three subsystems of China financial supervision system, fromyear2006to2010. We draw the conclusion following: the securities regulation isrelatively orderly, banking supervision follows, and insurance regulation is unorderly.China’s financial supervision synergic degree is zero during financial crisis period. Inthe year of2009,2010, the supervision synergic degree between banking regulationand securities regulation were0.1and0.15respectively.Finally, with China’s actual conditions and specific empirical conclusions, basedon the evaluation of our country financial supervision coordination mechanism, putforward countermeasures about how to establish China’s financial supervisioncoordination mechanism.
