With the improvement of the people's living standards and the rapid development of the tertiary industry in China,the outbound travel of domestic residents has also increased year by year.This has driven the rapid development of the bed and breakfast industry to some extent.To create a talking,temperature,sentimental,and storytelling bed and breakfast is one of the trendiest references in today's green travel.The hotel is gradually becoming more and more consumers' pursuit of travel.Due to the relatively late start of China's housing industry,there are still many problems,such as serious qualitative phenomena,relatively backward management services,and imperfect infrastructure,which limits the development of the bed and breakfast industry.In view of this,Guangdong Huahui Science & Culture Communication & Communication Co.,Ltd.,relying on the abundant hot spring travel resources in Conghua Hot Spring Town,integrates hot spring spa and bed and breakfast services to create a “Family Family Memory” homestay.This article is the company's fleeting year.Family Memory B&B is the object of study,using relevant theories of corporate strategy to analyze and formulate the strategic positioning of the brand's homestay.In this paper,by using the SWOT model analysis method in the strategic positioning analysis,starting from the analysis of the internal and external environment of the “Family Family Memory” spas and nursing homes,we summarize the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages that the company faces.On this basis,this paper further proposes and compares the various strategic choices faced by the company,and studies and proposes the strategic positioning of the “Family Remembrance Family Spa” spa and nursing homestay and the specific reasons for choosing this strategic positioning;This kind of strategic positioning needs to build the core competitiveness,and conducts preliminary discussions on the main measures for achieving strategic positioning.The research in this paper not only clarifies the future strategic positioning and strategic choices of the company,improves the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic management,but also provides some of the benefits for the hot spring tourism strategy in Conghua Hot Spring Fortune Township and the development of homestays in such areas in China.The value of reference provides practical experience and meaningful research for the establishment of a therapeutic brand of hot springs in the hot spring areas of the country.
