Research On The Beautiful Countryside Planing Of Sanhe Village,Huangxu Town,Jinqi District,Deyang

Report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the vision of building “beautiful China”,it based on the respect and preservation of nature.Building beautiful countryside is in favor of realizing beautiful China,it demands everyone to foster a concept of ecological conservation.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agricultural countryside,thus putting forward higher requirements for the construction of beautiful countryside.This paper based on the study of beautiful countryside planning at home and abroad,choosing Sanhe village,Deyang as the object of study,by the ways of data studies,comprehensive analysis and site investigation to make overall planning for Sanhe village.This planning based on the natural resources and social economic status of Sanhe village,according to the advantages and disadvantages,from industrial development,public service facility and environmental protection to build beautiful countryside with the aim of sustainable development,may provide reference for new socialist countryside construction of plain economic region.Main research conclusion is as follows:(1)"Beautiful countryside" is an effective way to solve the agriculture issues,as well as the precious opportunity for rural development.This paper based on some related theories about beautiful countryside at home and abroad,taking the favorable geographic location and abundant natural resources such as water,cropland and forest to make different plan of Sanhe village.The aim of the paper tries to build Sanhe countryside as special beautiful new countryside and to avoid every new country looks like the same one.(2)To build beautiful new countryside required to adhere to sustainable development and to pay attention to ecologic environment building.Lots of methods should be taken to protect rural environment,such as lessen the use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide,the wastes of life and production needed appropriate treated method.All of this can help to make industrial development,rural civilization and environment protection.(3)With the current rural development problem,land resources’ economical and intensive use is important.Promotion of sound development of beautiful countryside through establishing farmland transferring mechanism needed to define the right to use and manage farmland,forest,construction land and residential land as well as peasants’ home ownership.By doing this,peasants’ benefit will be protected and their happiness will be promoted.(4)Improving life facilities is an important link to build beautiful countryside,it is good for promoting the rural civilization level and life quality,narrowing the development gap between the countryside and city,helping to make countryside’s new look.This plan holds Sanhe village’s original look and focus on the facilities’ building and improving to help Sanhe village develop better.
