How Does The Supply Chain Network Relationship Affect The Speed Of Chinese Companies' Internationalization

Accelerating international development under the increasingly fierce market competition has become one of the important ways for companies to enhance their industry competitiveness and gain first-mover advantage.From the perspective of supply chain network relations,this article follows the theoretical logic of “network relationship—supply chain integration/product innovation capability—internationalization speed” to study the relationship establishment and relationship quality to influence the internationalization of Chinese companies through supply chain integration and product innovation capabilities.The inner mechanism of speed.Using the PLS-SEM and fsQCA methods,the sample data of 130 companies in Zhejiang that carried out international business were examined.The study found that: The establishment of relationship and relationship quality in the supply chain network relationship of enterprises plays an important role in enhancing their supply chain integration,product innovation capability,and internationalization speed.In particular,the establishment of relationship is more conducive to accelerating the pace of internationalization.In addition,when companies have a high level of supply chain integration or product innovation capabilities,they can provide strong driving force for accelerating their international development.The conclusions of the study not only enriched the theoretical framework for the international development of Chinese companies,but also provided a practical method for Chinese companies to develop internationally more smoothly.
