According to the "Guidance on Accelerating the Construction of a National Integrated Big Data Center Collaborative Innovation System" of the State Council,with the accelerated progress of digital transformation and upgrading in various industries,big data has gradually become one of the core elements of enterprise development,and enterprises need to build a new network system of big data integration to tap the business value of big data and improve their own innovation advantages.Big data capability,as an emerging capability of enterprises in the context of digital economy,can strengthen enterprises’ insight and understanding of their own structure,while supply chain integration,as the integration of external resources,combined with big data capability,can not only expand the breadth and depth of enterprises’ internal capabilities,but also reduce the risks and costs of enterprises’ absorption,digestion and integration of external resources.Big data capability and supply chain integration both interpenetrate to promote enterprise innovation and provide internal and external support for enterprise innovation performance.In addition,the internal and external environment of enterprises is also one of the key concerns for the development of enterprises.For the complex and dynamically changing internal and external environment of enterprises,environmental uncertainty affects the further development and innovation of enterprises to a certain extent.Based on the theoretical basis of the relationship between big data capability,supply chain integration,environmental uncertainty and enterprise innovation performance,this paper compares the relevant literature and analyzes the main theories,establishes a research model and conducts an empirical study,and explores the mediating role of supply chain integration and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty.This paper mainly takes manufacturing enterprises as the target,collects and organizes data by means of questionnaires,combines theory and practice,analyzes the management practice of enterprise innovation capability improvement,and provides useful reference for enterprises to successfully apply big data capability and realize digital transformation.We also use SPSS,AMOS and other software to analyze the data,derive the results and make corrections and interpretations,and explain the relationship between the indicators.The empirical results show that: big data capability(big data resource integration capability and big data predictive analysis capability)and supply chain integration have positive effects on enterprise innovation performance;supply chain integration plays a partly mediating role between big data capability and enterprise innovation performance;environmental uncertainty positively regulates the relationship between big data resource integration capability and enterprise innovation performance,but does not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between big data predictive analysis capability and enterprise innovation performance.The moderating effect between big data predictive analytics capability and firm innovation performance is not significant.This study explores the path from big data capability to enterprise innovation performance,and complements the theoretical system related to big data capability,so it has very important theoretical value and practical significance.
