As a special industry, the pharmaceutical industry has a set of management physiques that are different from other production areas.Drugs as commodities directly affect the safety and life of the public,There is always been a strict quality control system for drug production(GMP,Good Manufacturing Practice).Through GMP,the quality of the pharmaceutical production process in the pharmaceutical industry can be standardized more scientifically and rationally.Which is not only strictly controlled from medicinal ingredients, but also has a series of strict rule of approval and submission to drug packaging materials. This paper takes the pharmaceutical enterprise HD as the research background, from the perspective of pharmaceutical packaging materials, based on the value chain model,it analyzes and deeply explores the two aspects of packaging and transportation standardization implemented by enterprises.Packaging standardization is mainly considered from the enterprise, through the improvement of pharmaceutical packaging design, combined with the actual data to analyze the value-added benefits;transportation standardization is mainly from the perspective of the supply chain, adopting entire-pallet to analyze the production enterprises,The value of logistics and that generated by the supplier,so that both sides produce a "win-win" result. In the end, through the double design of packaging and transportation, according to the comparison of actual data,it will benefit in many aspects. Not only the internal cost reduction in material procurement and packaging form, but also the liberation of redundant manpower, streamlining the operation process and standardization.Operating standards and assistance to suppliers in terms of efficiency and cost reduction have had a significant impact.
