At present, the retirement age reform is a hot topic of public concern. The reform of the retirement age involves various interests, and the employees of the company are an important one.How are the employees' retirement wishes? What factors affect the employee's willingness to delay retirement? What is the degree of influence of these factors? This paper uses data from the 2011 China Health and Pension Tracking Survey, based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, work decision theory, family production, time allocation and individual labor supply theory, and labor supply life cycle theory, starting from employees of the company to 45-65-year-old enterprise employees are the subjects of the study.Through descriptive statistics, binary logistic regression models, etc.,they understand the employees' willingness to delay retirement, and analyze the economic factors, personal factors, social factors, and institutional factors to delay the retirement of employees' impact. The study found that the overall employee's willingness to delay retirement is not high.Female employees are more willing to postpone retirement than men.Retired employees have a greater willingness to postpone retirement than employees who are not retired. The degree of education and the negative influence of private enterprises affect the willingness of employees to postpone retirement. There is a significant gap in the level of education and economic income among employees of middle-aged and older men and women enterprises. The concept of gender-distributive labor for men and women is being diluted.Judging from the influencing factors: First, income from economic factors has no effect on the willingness of employees to delay retirement.Second, there is a negative correlation between the degree of education in the individual factor and the employee's willingness to postpone retirement;there is a positive correlation between the private enterprise and the employee's willingness to postpone retirement;there is no correlation between the post and the employee's intention to delay retirement. There is no correlation between health status and the willingness of employees to delay retirement.Third, there is no correlation between the gender role and reference group gap in social factors and the willingness of employees to delay retirement.Fourth, there is no correlation between the participation of other pension insurance programs in the institutional factors and the willingness of employees to delay their retirement.
