| The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will be timely launch delaying retirement policy this year,which means delaying retirement from the hottest topics of the people's livelihood started to the implementation stage.Current retirement system in our country is based on the system in 1950's.Women workers retired at age 50,and women cadres retire at 55,while men retire at 60.After more than 60 years,China has changed dramatically.Considering the domestic background and international background,delaying retirement age is necessary.Through analysis of our country's academia in the past five years,most are studying whether to delay retirement.But this article is based the fact of delaying retirement in the future,through documentation methods,the quantitative research methods,the qualitative research methods and the inter disciplinary research methods,and research the influence of retirement system from economics,sociology,the psychological Area.First of all,this paper studies the reasons of the delay retirement.First,in recent years,there is a great change of population.Second,education constantly develops in our country.Third,the endowment security in China is confronted from the greater pressure.Fourth,single-child policy has changed.Then,this paper dialectically analyzes the delaying retirement's influence on the economic life,social and the laborers' mental health.Finally,in order to give full play to the positive role,reduce the negative effect,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations.The first is on the basis of the strict implementation of the current retirement system,select and determine appropriate retirement age and time,design the most appropriate delay retirement plan following the five principles to achieve the goal of scientific delay retirement.The second is to guide public opinion,enhance the recognition of delay retirement.The third is to establish and perfect the policy related to retirement system arrangement. |
