Research On Quality Management Of Mobile Phone R & D Under TL9000 Quality Management System

Smart phone industry has been widespread concerned with the advent of the Information age. The quality management in the mobile phone industry has become the focus of the industry. Its quality plays an important role in the sale of mobile phones. In recent years, mobile phones’update speed has been going up. And how to guarantee the quality of mobile phones has become a topic that needs to be emphasized. During the process of the research it adopts some methods such as combining theory with fact to analyze mobile phone project development quality management issues.This article adopts the way of theory with practice, and through the TCL mobile phone research and development of project quality management problems were analyzed, and the research experience at home and abroad as the theoretical basis, and based on mobile phone research and development process and TL9000 quality standard,11 of mobile phone r&d process and the structure of TL9000 quality standards, applicable scope, index and authentication way carries on the comprehensive analysis, introduced the research and development of mobile phone quality management characteristics, on the basis of a summary on the problems existing in the quality of handset r&d management; Finally according to TL9000 quality management system and development of quality planning, research and development, quality assurance, research and development of quality control in combination with analysis of TCL mobile phone research and development company, and clarify the TL9000 quality management system of mobile phone r&d process control effect.TL9000 quality management system is proposed in this paper on mobile phone r&d process control, through the TCL company quality management, in order to better complete the requirements of quality objectives, to ensure that mobile phones in the structure and function of the research and development, research and development goal, mobile phones r&d quality management process, durability, safety and reliability, the mobile phone r&d cost got a better control, mobile phone research and development of comprehensive strength, improve the TCL company to the quality of the mobile phone r&d project management to provide some reference basis.
