In recent years,the economy of our country has been developing rapidly,and the real estate industry has made tremendous contributions to it and has become a pillar industry for promoting economic growth in our country.On the surface,the development and prosperity of real estate industry,but the prosperity of the market also represents the fierce competition,how to win the market opportunities and establish competitive advantage,the real estate business is currently facing the problem.Sound and perfect performance appraisal system is a catalyst to increase the cohesion of enterprises and is a powerful guarantee to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.Improve the performance appraisal system is conducive to a more scientific human resources management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises talent,so that employees are more actively involved in the work to improve the overall operational efficiency of enterprises,and thus help enterprises in the market to establish competitive advantage.In this paper,the performance appraisal system of JD Real Estate Group sales team as the research object,through the knowledge network,the school library access to a large number of performance appraisal system research literature,based on this JD Real Estate Group's performance appraisal system in-depth study.First of all,this article elaborates the background and significance of the topic selection,discusses the importance of the performance appraisal system to the real estate enterprises in the current market background,then introduces the performance management system and performance appraisal application,performance appraisal theory.On the basis of the authoritative research on the performance appraisal system,this article deeply analyzes the performance appraisal system of JD Real Estate Group,analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal of JD Real Estate Group,including the unreasonable standard of performance appraisal system,inadequate application results and lack of motivation,etc.Finally,Proposed from the rationalization of standard,the improvement of performance application and feedback improvement,employee incentive and staff training and other aspects of scientific and reasonable suggestions for improvement,hoping to help JD Real Estate Group to improve performance appraisal system to promote the long-term stability and sustainable development of JD Real Estate Group.
