MY Real Estate Group Staff Performance Appraisal Scheme Optimization Design

Since2009, influenced by macro-economy, real estate industry has been full of competition and faced with stress of existence. To private real estate enterprise, management of performance appraisal system has been barely up to the needs of companies’ development, scientific performance management and performance assessment plays a great role in real estate enterprises.MY real estate group is a great group whose main business is real estate development. In recent years, it has assumed a slowdown, and there is some relationship with outdated performance assessment.This paper studied deeply in MY real estate group’s current situation, summarized this group’s performance assessment system, and analyzed major problems and reasons. On the basis of these analyses, Combined with the job and major responsibility of engineering department which is the main department in MY real estate group, this paper put forward an improvement plan of performance assessment system, and did a feasibility study and later outlook.
