| With popular entrepreneurship and innovation,entrepreneurial economy has become an important engine of economic growth.However,the high failure rate has been becoming a typical characteristic of entrepreneurial activity.The success of entrepreneurial activity has a direct relationship with the ability obtained social network behavior.Based on the survey data of small micro-enterprises,this paper uses structural equation to establish the interaction mechanisms model between social networks entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurship and secondary business performance.From the theoretical and practical perspectives,we study the influence path of social networks on new undertaking.The main conclusion is:(1)Entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship play mesomeric effect in the mechanisms of social network on a new undertaking.The order is entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurship.(2)There are two main pathway that social networks on a new undertaking.Path 1: Entrepreneurship social network ? a new undertaking performance;Path 2: Social Network ?Entrepreneurship Learning ? Entrepreneurship ability?a new undertaking performance.(3)Control variables : entrepreneurial experience and educational experience have a positive performance on a new undertaking performance.Through above analysis,this paper can enrich social network behavior and business failure recovery theory.This paper also can improve the chances of success of entrepreneur.According to the findings of this paper,policy recommendations and entre preneurs' strategies are raised.From the government's perspective,supporting p olicies are followed as enhancing entrepreneurial learning and capacity,improvi ng social entrepreneur network resources,actively promoting the development o f maker culture.From the government's perspective,measures are raised,for ex ample,strengthening the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship learning,sha ping their own social network. |
