With the advent of the era of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activity is becoming increasingly active. Due to the characteristics of the "small" and "new" of start-ups, how to obtain resources and enhance competitiveness become of the biggest problems the enterprise survival and development. Entrepreneur as the most critical person of entrepreneurial activity, the social network can effectively help enterprises out of this dilemma. So how entrepreneurs should have the qualifications and how to manage their social networks will be directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. In this context, this paper aims to explore entrepreneurs’ social network competency effects on entrepreneurial performance. It has a strong practical significance.First of all, on the basis of relevant literature both at home and abroad, this paper related concepts and theory done a defined and expounded, lay a theoretical foundation for the following research; Then the social network competency for entrepreneurs, organizational learning and entrepreneurial performance of dimension were divided. On this basis, this paper constructs the theoretical model of this study, and put forward the corresponding assumptions. Then combining with determined dimensions of social network competence for entrepreneurs, organization learning and entrepreneurial performance, design, distribution, collection and sorting questionnaire, and access to research data; Finally, this paper conduct correlation and regression analysis to the data collected by SPPS19.0, to verify this model and the assumptions proposed above and obtain this article’s conclusion.After data analysis, this paper can draw the following conclusions:(1)Social network competence for entrepreneurs have significant positive influence on entrepreneurial performance;(2)Social network competence for entrepreneurs for competent qualifications and tasks execution have significant positive influence on entrepreneurial performance;(3)Corporate profits is mainly the positive influence by single relations activities and multi-activity relations activities of tasks execution;(4)Employee growth is mainly the positive influence by professional qualifications and social qualifications of competent qualifications;(5)Ability to grasp the opportunity is mainly the positive influence by professional qualifications, social qualifications, single relations activities and multi-activity relations.(6)Organizational learning and its dimensions play a significant role in the regulation of social network competence for entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial performance of relationship.
