Research On The Relationship Of Serial Entrepreneur's Learning And Actions

More and more entrepreneurs join in the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",in which serial entrepreneurs are not to be ignored,and they have a higher probability of success compared to the novice entrepreneurs.Small and medium enterprises(SMEs)contributed more than 60%of GDP nationwide.It has an irreplaceable role in increasing employment,promoting economic growth,scientific and technological innovation and social harmony and stability.It has an important strategic significance to the national economy and social development.This article focuses on serial entrepreneurs.Therefore,it is of great economic and social significance to study serial entrepreneurs to improve entrepreneurial efficiency,enhance economic efficiency and reduce resource waste.Why do serial entrepreneurs achieve greater success than novices?What characteristics of serial entrepreneurship play a key role in this field?As a serial entrepreneur,how can we use our strengths better?What kind of strategies should we take in different situations?At present,no research has pointed out that this study aims to embed the important features of serial entrepreneurship as situational features into the research framework,and to explore what kind of situational characteristics and task strategy combinations,serial entrepreneurs can be more successful.In this study,the empirical results show that:(1)the exploratory learning has an impact on the entrepreneuurial performance through the exploratory action strategy(2)the exploiting learning has an impact on the performance through exploiting action strategy(3).When the market competition is fierce,the impact of exploratory learning-exploration action strategy on performance is enhanced,and vice versa.The effect of exploiting learning-action strategy on performance enhanced(4)the effect of exploratory learning-exploratory action strategy on performance was enhanced when transboundary,and on the contrary,the effect of exploiting learning-action strategy on performance was enhanced.
