A large number of theoretical studies and practices have shown that entrepreneurial mentors played an essential role in promoting the growth of entrepreneurs and improving the success rate of entrepreneurship.In current situation which China strongly advocates innovation and entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial mentoring system has been upgraded.Due to the short history of the entrepreneurship mentor system development,too many influencing factors and reasons,long cycle of entrepreneurial mentoring and slow feedback on effectiveness as well.How to conduct scientific and effective performance evaluation for entrepreneurial mentors is a tough issue among the academic and practical circles.A systematic research would be illustrated on performance evaluation of entrepreneurial mentors in this thesis,which based on the guiding characteristics of the entrepreneurial mentor and the CIPP education performance evaluation model emphasizing behavior improvement.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction providing the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,the content and methods of the research.The second chapter is the related theoretical foundation,which defines the concept of entrepreneurial mentor and entrepreneurial mentor performance,recommends the characteristics of performance evaluation of entrepreneurial mentor and the theoretical basis of CIPP model constructed by evaluation index system.The third chapter is the performance evaluation index design of entrepreneurial mentor based on empirical analysis.The entrepreneurial mentor performance evaluation model,and the performance evaluation index system of entrepreneurial mentor through empirical analysis are established through the CIPP model.The fourth chapter is the performance evaluation method of entrepreneurial mentor.Combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the entropy weight method,the weight of entrepreneurial mentoring performance evaluation index could be determined,and a performance evaluation model based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method could be determined.And the suggestion of the entrepreneurial mentor promoting the performance which is combined with the evaluation index system to put forward the improvements from three aspects: the background,input and process of guidance.The fifth chapter is a case application of the performance evaluation system who is one mentor of the XX entrepreneurial mentor group.The previous research results have been used to evaluate one case of XX entrepreneurial mentor group,and the suggestions would be promoted to improve the guidance performance,which verifies the effectiveness of entrepreneurial mentors in guiding performance evaluation methods.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the full thesis.The conlusions of this thesis are as followes:(1)Based on empirical analysis,a set of scientific performance evaluation indicators of entrepreneurial mentors has been provided.Combined with the CIPP model and the theory of entrepreneurial mentoring,the factors have been analyzed and the performance evaluation index of the entrepreneurial mentor has been designed.The index include 4 first-level index and 12 second-level index.(2)A set of approachs for evaluating the performance of entrepreneurial mentors were offered.It combined the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the entropy weight method to determine the index weights and a performance evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was devised.The data acquisition method based on the questionnaire is certain and could be carried out for practice.(3)A system of recommandation to improve the performance of entrepreneurial mentors was proposed.This thesis illuminated abundant proposals for improving performance according to the references of entrepreneurial mentors to improve their mentoring effectiveness.At same time,the entrepreneurial mentor management institutions can use the recommandations to manage entrepreneurial mentors.
