The development of campus football characteristic schools is the foundation and backbone of campus football.The quality of campus football characteristic schools is the key to the success of campus football exhibition.So far,there are more than 27000 campus football characteristic schools in China.On such a large base,how to evaluate the quality of campus football characteristic schools is an urgent problem to be solved.Through the construction of the evaluation system for the supervision of campus football characteristic schools,the development level of campus football characteristic schools can be further improved.Therefore,the construction of "campus football characteristic evaluation system of Jiangxi Province Based on CIPP mode" can not only provide the supervision of Jiangxi campus football characteristic schools for Jiangxi campus football office,but also provide reference for the application of CIPP evaluation mode in education in the future The practical application in teaching provides some ideas.Taking the evaluation system of campus football characteristic schools in Jiangxi Province as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to construct the evaluation system of campus football characteristic schools in Jiangxi Province Based on CIPP mode.While constructing the evaluation system,the system is applied to practice,and the evaluation results of 10 campus football characteristic schools in 7cities and counties in Jiangxi Province are analyzed We should evaluate the characteristics of the school.The specific conclusions are as follows1.After literature review and several rounds of expert argumentation,this study constructs the campus football characteristic school evaluation system in Jiangxi Province Based on CIPP model.The index content of the system consists of four first level indexes: background evaluation,process evaluation,input evaluation and result evaluation,13 second level indexes including working mechanism,teaching staff,after-school training and social influence,and 43 third level indexes including overall development plan,full-time teachers,training duration and social popularity.AHP is used to score the weight of each level index,and the specific scoring standard of each three-level index is explained in detail.2.Based on the field investigation and evaluation of 10 campus football characteristic schools in 7 cities and counties of Jiangxi Province,this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation system constructed in this paper.The results show that the newly constructed evaluation system has strong operability and scientificity.3.From the empirical research results,we can see that the evaluation system of campus football characteristic schools in Jiangxi Province Based on CIPP model is in line with the statistical law,the overall score is good,and the evaluation results are significantly different.Although the total scores of the seven cities,districts and counties in each index are all qualified,there are differences.From the total score,Nanchang No.2 Middle School is the first,Jiangxi Normal University affiliated middle school is the second,Ganzhou No.3 middle school is the third.The scores of each school are low in the field facilities,funding,cultural construction,teaching performance and other indicators.4.Reviewing the evaluation results,we can analyze the following problems in the development process of campus football characteristic schools in Jiangxi Province:the system construction is not clear enough,the policy implementation is not enough,the funds are short,the venues and facilities can not meet the demand,and the teaching staff need to be enriched.The construction of campus football culture is not valued,the extracurricular competition is relatively less,and the requirements of teachers’ teaching competition and scientific research achievements are relatively low.
