Astudy Of Core Competitiveness Evaluation Of High Technology Industry In Urban Agglomeration In The Middle Reaches Of Yangtze River

Urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of Yangtze river is connecting the eastern and western parts of China,and combining north and south area of China.It mainly covers the Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi province.In recent years,with the national policy of "central rise",and "One Belt And One Road" policy being vigorously promoted,the development of urban agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of Yangze River is terribly hot.In order to further accelerate the development of regional economy,promote the development of industry,primaries of the capital city of Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi provinces have met several times since 2012,during which signed a series of policy document including” Wuhan consensus”,“the declaration of Changsha”,"Nanchang action".Three provinces have reached broad consensus in areas of transportation,tourism,economic development,infrastructure construction.They also constantly strengthen the extensive cooperation from the government to society.On May 11,2016,the national development and reform commission issued“The urban agglomeration development plan in the Middle Reaches of Yangze River”.This plan further confirmed the economic position of urban agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of Yangze River,which exerts an important influence to the regional economic development and upgrading of industry structure,and brings brand new opportunity to regional economic prosperity in this area.As an important industry to promote economic development,High technology industry is the key to promoting transformation and upgrading industry structure.It also does much help in Promoting employment.In recent years governments in 3 provinces have invested a lot in High technology industry.Based on different scholars point of view,this article attribute factors affecting the development of high technology industry into 2 parts.In order to analyze core competitiveness of high technology industry in this area,we constructed an evaluation system containing 23 indicators.After comparing the development of high technology industry with Yangtze River Delta,we find that the total competitiveness in former area is still very low,on the other words it is still in primary level of development.We also compared high technology Industry development power among Hubei,Hunan and Jiangxi.We find that the total level of high technologydevelopment varies in 3 provinces,and the development of 5 kinds of subdivision industry in 3 provinces are also in significant different.The provinces should cultivate their own competitiveness and make their high technology development become more distinctive.This article is of great significance in researching on comprehensive strength and development of high technology industry structure in urban agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of Yangze River.In order to describe the entire area level of high technology industry development in macro view,we choose contrast analysis method in researching.When describing the development structure in every subdivision industry,we choose more microcosmic point of view to analyze the difference among3 provinces.At last we want to provide policy thinking for the study of coordinated development of high technology in 3 provinces.
