A Case Study Of Working Capital Management Under The O2O Model Of Semir

China is the world's largest garment manufacturing country,but it is not a clothing power.Since foreign companies are superior to domestic enterprises in terms of brand,management technology and information system,the development of domestic apparel enterprises is seriously affected by foreign companies.In the enterprise,it faces pressures such as tight capital flow,overstocked products and rising labor costs.Therefore,in order to improve management performance and enhance their competitiveness,enterprises must timely discover and solve the problems of the apparel industry in the management of the enterprise.The management of working capital is the core content of corporate financial management.Apparel enterprises should fully recognize the problems in the management of working capital and raise the emphasis on the management of working capital.In particular,the number of Internet users has increased in recent years,and online shopping has hit the traditional sales model of clothing companies.Therefore,many companies have embarked on the road of transformation,and the O2 O business model of online and offline collaborative development is in line with everyone's demands.Under the new business model,the company's sales promotion,trading methods and processes,logistics and distribution services and customer management have undergone major changes.These changes will affect the working capital of the company,which is quite different from the working capital before the transition.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the working capital management of the enterprise transformation O2 O model,which is conducive to the better sustainable development of the enterprise.At present,a large number of scholars have studied the management of operating capital in traditional mode enterprises,but there are few studies on the management of operating capital in enterprises with the mode of O2 O.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the management of operating capital in enterprises with the mode of O2 O.This paper uses literature research method,case study method and comparative analysis method.Through collating and consulting the relevant literature,it shows the importance of working capital management in enterprises and plays a decisive role in ensuring the sustainable operation of enterprises.This paper chooses Semir apparel as the research object,because Semir apparel isthe first leisure apparel enterprise to carry out the reform of the O2 O model,and has many years of off-line entity operation experience.So this paper takes Semir apparel as the research object,and analyses the operation fund management in the process of its transformation,and finds that the performance of the operation fund management of Semir apparel has been improved significantly after the transformation,but in the process of transformation,Semir apparel has There are still some problems in the management of operating funds of clothing.Based on the analysis of the problems in the process of transforming Semir clothing into O2 O,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing its working capital management:rationally adjusting the scale and structure of working capital assets to improve its profitability,enhance online business,promote the construction of logistics platform,and improve the management ability and efficiency of supply chain system.This study can not only provide reference and suggestions for the management of operating capital under the mode of Semir apparel transformation,but also provide reference for the enterprises that will be transformed under the mode of Semir apparel transformation.On the one hand,transforming the mode of Semir can improve the performance of operating capital management,on the other hand,in the process of transforming the business mode of Semir,we should also use the strategy of operating capital management to rationally adjust current assets and liquidity.At the same time,we should start from various channels to improve the level of working capital management and coordinate with the success of business model transformation.
