| The increasing improvement of people’s living standards and the popularity of private cars have led to a serious mismatch between the growth rate of new private cars and the growth rate of new roa ds,resulting in a shorta ge of de mand.In addition,there is a regiona l mismatch in trave l de mand,leading to extreme traffic congestion and parking difficulties in some hot areas.In addition,w ith the development of the online car rental industry and the popularity of smart phones,choosing online car rental has become one of the popular choices for people to trave l.In recent years,due to the standardize d manage ment of the government,many vehic les and drivers that do not meet the regulations ha ve slow ly w ithdrawn from the online car rental industry,resulting in a shortage of transportation capac ity on various platforms.In terms of Didi Tra vel’s huge user base and the scale of express orders,Didi carpooling is va lue d by the company and recognized by more and more users due to its advantages of saving transportation capacity,improving road congestion,and be ing relative ly low-carbon and environmentally friendly.The thesis takes D idi carpooling as the research object,combines the current development situation of the industry,ana lyzes the internal an d external environme nt of Didi carpooling through driver satisfaction surveys,and uses PEST analysis,Five Forces Model,and SWOT a nalysis methods.In a ddition,it proposes optimization suggestions in four directions for the later development of Didi carpooling operation mode : stable low prices for passengers,competitive revenue for drivers,product differentiation,and service differentiation.The thesis focuses on low-carbon environme nta l protection,improving traffic congestion,a lleviating transportat ion capacity constra ints,improving customer satisfaction,and ultimately achieving the goal of dual growth in Didi Travel user and order size. |
