Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Lankao County Under The Concept Of Shared Development

At present,China has entered the stage of decisive struggle to overcome poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Solving the problem of poverty alleviation of the remaining poor population as scheduled is the key to achieving the strategic goal of building a well-off society in 2020.In view of the fact that China has a large number of poor people and a wide distribution area,the CPC has put forward the idea of “precise identification,precise assistance,and precise management ”based on the summary of the extensive poverty alleviation model,and deepened the extensive poverty alleviation model.And development.To implement a precise poverty alleviation policy,it is necessary to mobilize a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources to solve this problem and to share the guidance of the development concept.To this end,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a shared development concept,emphasizing development for the people,development relying on the people,and development results shared by the people.The concept of shared development has the same core of thought as precision poverty alleviation.It contains both the thinking of China’s current development model and the answers to the Chinese road.The two are closely linked and inseparable.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research,the thesis first expounds the background and theoretical origins of the shared development concept and the precise poverty alleviation,and analyzes the internal relationship between the two.Secondly,taking Lankao County of Henan Province as the research object,after field research,it was learned that Lankao County carried out government promotion,industrial project and market promotion,development of new agriculture,technology promotion,financial support,five-level linkage and a team,education and poverty alleviation.A total of seven assistance work has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation,infrastructure improvement and social security improvement.Finally,through questionnaires and interviews,exchanges with the poor,the first secretary of the village,and the poverty alleviation staff,and found that some forms of formalism,poverty alleviation measures are relatively simple,poverty alleviation is “uneven”,and poverty alleviation work is assessed.The main reason for the further rationalization of the supervision mechanism is that the precise poverty alleviation policy needs to be further improved,the number and capacity of poverty alleviation personnel are insufficient,and the poor households still have a certain "waiting for the necessary" thinking.Lankao County is a model for poverty alleviation in Henan Province and the whole country.The completion of poverty alleviation is only the first step in Lankao County.It summarizes and reflects on the successes and shortcomings of poverty alleviation,and provides universality for the promotion of poverty alleviation work in the whole province and even the whole country.Experience has enabled Lankao County to exert its greatest value in poverty alleviation practice,so that the development of society will shine brightly on all the people and ensure that Lankao County and the people of the whole country will enter a well-off life in 2020.
