Experience And Enlightenment Of "1+3" Poverty Alleviation Model In Lankao County

China is a socialist society,the essence of socialism is common prosperity,nature requires that we must pay attention to poverty alleviation and development work,eliminate poverty,and ultimately achieve common prosperity.To poverty alleviation work in China as a political task to grasp,through unremitting efforts,China’s rural poverty population decreased more than six hundred million,2013-2018,six years time according to the current rural poverty standard total 82.39 million poverty reduction,rural poverty rate decreased from 10.2% in 2012 to 1.7% by the end of 2018,China’s poverty alleviation has made remarkable achievements.Built in 2020 to a well-off society goal has one year,eliminating poverty is the target line,18,2020 the fifth plenary session of the requirements of the standard all the rural poor out of poverty,poor counties all removable cap,time tight task,while the traditional government poverty alleviation in solving the problem of food and clothing has played a big role,but in the new stage of crucial for poverty alleviation,the rest of the poverty problem is more difficult to gnaw "crack",must be innovative mechanisms for poverty alleviation,mobilize social forces from all walks of life to participate in poverty alleviation,and deal with the reality of poverty.Since ancient times,the Chinese people have had the traditional virtue of helping the poor,especially in the face of natural disasters,"one party is in trouble,p plus support" social relief has played a huge role.It can be seen that social participation in poverty alleviation has great potential.How to continue to play the great potential of social poverty alleviation has become an important topic that we need to study.During his research in guizhou in 2015,general secretary xi jinping stressed the integration of various forces and measures,such as special poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and social poverty alleviation,and the "trinity" poverty alleviation pattern,which supported each other.China has initially formed a pattern of large poverty alleviation.More and more academic circles have paid attention to social poverty alleviation,but most of them still focus on macro studies of policies and theories and lack operational guidance such as mechanisms and methods.Lankao "1 + 3" social poverty alleviation model of case is the practice exploration of social poverty alleviation,in this paper,the lankao "1 + 3" social poverty alleviation study enriched the social theory and social practice experience for poverty alleviation,put forward the "1 + 3" poverty alleviation mode of our country society mechanism of poverty alleviation in four level of enlightenment,for the deepening of the study of social poverty alleviation provides a much more likely.This paper takes the representative "1+3" social poverty alleviation model of lankao county as the research subject.First,it describes the formation process of the "1+3" social poverty alleviation model of lankao county according to the current poverty situation of lankao county,and lists eight specific measures.The second is to establish a charity supermarket;Third,the poor model according to the cultivation of "clever daughter-in-law" project;Fourth,the implementation of human settlements improvement projects;Fifth,the implementation of education and poverty alleviation projects;Sixth,integrate social poverty alleviation funds;Seven is the construction of the database and ledger;Eighth,we promoted the participation of poverty alleviation bodies.The "1+3" social poverty alleviation model in lankao county has achieved good results in poverty alleviation,and the feasibility of this model is obtained.Then,combined with the experience of "1+3" social poverty alleviation model in lankao county,the enlightenment to social poverty alleviation is listed from four aspects,namely,coordination mechanism,incentive mechanism,resource integration and publicity mechanism.Although this model has limitations in promotion,its mechanism and measures still have certain practical guiding significance for China’s social poverty alleviation,so as to provide practical and theoretical reference for China’s social poverty alleviation development.
