Research On The Effectiveness Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Lankao County

As a global problem,the problem of poverty haunts every country and region in the world.As the largest developing country,China has a large population and many imbalances in its economic development.As an important social problem that needs to be solved urgently before us at this stage,the party and the government put poverty alleviation work in a key position in the key stage of building a well-off society in our country and realizing the important node of common prosperity.Precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication are related to the realization of the great goal of fully building a well-off society,which is related to the political direction,fundamental system and development path of the party and the country.It has become the most serious task of the government in our country to ensure the precision of poverty alleviation by helping the poor and the poor to eradicate poverty precisely.As a big agricultural province,Henan province has more poor people and difficult task of poverty alleviation.Lankao County is a typical poor county in Henan province,years of economic development lags behind,for many years has been with the national poor County hat,but since 2014,in accordance with the "three years of poverty eradication,seven years of well-off" precision poverty alleviation planning,Lankao County embarked on a precise road to poverty eradication.By March 2017,Lankao County through the State Council's leadership group on poverty alleviation,withdrew from the national poor county sequence,and became the first state-level poor county in Henan province to remove the hats of poor counties.Based on the theory of common prosperity and the theory of income distribution,this paper probes into the guidance of precision poverty alleviation in order to achieve common prosperity.Based on the analysis and summary of the results of poverty alleviation work in Lankao County,through the questionnaire survey of 100 poor households in three villages in Lankao County,the paper analyzes the effect and problems of Lankao County precision poverty alleviation by means of literature analysis,field investigation and questionnaire survey.First of all,through the literature analysis method to understand the Lankao County poverty profile,accurate poverty alleviation profile and precision poverty alleviation main ways.On this basis,the paper gives a detailed summary and analysis of the characteristics of Lankao County precision poverty alleviation with the help of case analysis method.Then through the Questionnaire survey method field visits to the original poor households to understand the Lankao County of precision poverty alleviation work evaluation and recommendations.Finally,through the analysis and summary of the questionnaire,found that Lankao County precision poverty alleviation experience and enlightenment,at the same time put forward which issues should be focused on the improvement and solution.Through investigation and research,the author finds that the main reasons why Lankao County is able to achieve poverty eradication graduation are as follows: first,fully understand the regional characteristics,deeply analyze the causes of poverty,and find the root causes of poverty through the analysis of the causes of population impoverishment in the region.Secondly,many Parties to find ways to alleviate poverty,through industry,finance,culture and other anti-poverty measures to local conditions to carry out poverty alleviation work.Once again,the government has a number of support policies to ensure that the process of poverty alleviation is participatory,the main body of poverty alleviation is positive response Finally set the goal muster at the same time "over the sieve" "Look back" and other precision anti-poverty measures to ensure that in the process of poverty alleviation meticulous and pro-poor results of the long-term.In this process,the analysis and discussion of the key problems in many aspects will be beneficial for other regions to learn from in the work of poverty alleviation.The innovation of this paper is that through the investigation and research of Lankao County precision poverty alleviation work,the effect evaluation and experience summary of Lankao County Precision poverty alleviation are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the research data.Combining with the present situation and future implementation trend of the existing precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication work,this paper puts forward some thoughts suitable for Lankao County to continue to perfect the precise poverty alleviation way and realize the rich and well-off.It also has certain reference significance to the poverty alleviation work in other regions.
